There are two ways to get to Ironwood: NCS Road or Y-sengsong Road.


NCS Route

Coming from Tumon heading North on Marine Drive

1. Approximately 0.5 miles north from Micronesia Mall, bear left, because as you approach the traffic light, you will need to turn left at NCS Road.
2. Continue on NCS Road- go 3.0 mi
3. Turn right at the traffic light-go 0.2 mi
4. You will approach a Y in the road, turn left on Chln Balako-go 2.0 mi
5. At the end of Chln Ibang, turn right on Chln Guagua- go 0.4 mi
6. Turn left on Kayen Che’op- go 0.2 mi
7. Turn right on Chalan Lamasu- 0.1mi
8. Turn left on Biradan Pulattat
9. Arrive at Ironwood leasing office

Coming from Yigo on Marine Drive

1. Approximately 1.5 miles south of the BMW dealership, turn right at the traffic light on to NCS Road.
2. Continue on NCS Road- go 3.0 mi
3. Turn right at the traffic light-go 0.2 mi
4. You will approach a Y in the road, turn left on Chln Balako-go 2.0 mi
5. At the end of Chln Ibang, turn right on Chln Guagua- go 0.4 mi
6. Turn left on Kayen Che’op- go 0.2 mi
7. Turn right on Chalan Lamasu- 0.1mi
8. Turn left on Biradan PulattatArrive at Ironwood leasing office

Y-sengsong route

Coming from Tumon heading North on Marine Drive

1. Approximately 1.5 miles north from Micronesia Mall you will see a Shell & Mobil gas station on the right.
2. Bear left, because as you approach the traffic light, you will need to turn left at Y-sengsong Road.
3. Continue on Y-sengsong Road- go 3.0 mi
4. You will approach a Y in the road, bear right on Chln Balako.-go 2.0 mi
5. At the end of Chln Balako, turn right on Chln Guagua- go 0.4 mi
6. ayen Che’op- go 0.2 mi
7. Turn right on Chalan Lamasu- 0.1 mi
